Our family loves a yummy cup of hot cocoa. I have several different recipes, and even a large crock pot recipe that will satisfy a crowd. However, one of us needs a dairy free option, and I've found this recipe to be a perfect fit. This single cup serving size recipe is quick, easy, and sweetly satisfying.
Just whisk all of the ingredients in a small pot on the stove.
Heat through and serve with toppings.
1 Cup dairy free milk (rice, almond, cashew, etc.)
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened.
1/4 tsp Vanilla
Sweetener to taste - I use Stevia, approximately 2 tsp.
Serving Size: Single Cup.
